Sally has a background in Business Studies and continues to be interested in this subject today.

Her roll at B&B has varied from starting eight years ago as a service controller, through this time she has progressed to rental controller and is now responsible for looking after the hire division at B&B. Sally manages a comprehensive range of products on flexible long and short term hire. 

Having worked in office environments throughout her career Sally has NVQ qualifications in customer service achieved through Gateshead College.

Random fact about me?  I am a qualified beauty therapist and I study criminology in my spare time.

Favourite book? ‘To kill a Mockingbird’ is my favourite book and was extremely influential to me growing up. A quote from this book  has always stays with me…….’you never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view . . . until you climb into his skin and walk around in it.’

Best advice? My best advice is to smile often………it costs nothing and goes a long way!
