John studied Mechanical Engineering at the Metropolitan University Manchester. After roles including Draughtsman, Technical Manager, Area Sales and Project Manager in the HVAC industry, John ran his own business before moving to the forklift truck industry in 2001. As Operations Director for B&B John leads up all post ordering activities including parts sales, field service, technical support and workshop facilities. John is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.

John ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly. He is responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that B&B runs to its maximum productivity. John also heads up the B&B Marketing and IT functions.
