As the UK's leading independent distributor of forklift truck attachments and masts, B&B Attachments customers know that they can rely on a level of pre and post sales care and advice unequalled in the materials handling industry.

B&B knows that every forklift attachment requires regular site maintenance to ensure that any safety related issues are identified and quickly rectified. This can usually be completed on site, ensuring that any costly downtime is kept to an absolute minimum, and your fleet continues to work at its maximum efficiency levels.

A fixed service contact from B&B Attachments allows this essential maintenance to be carried out at a set fixed cost for the period of the contract. The fixed service contract includes the cost of any call outs and replacement parts required, except Keg Clamp tines, forks and rubber pads. The contract excludes repairs due to misuse, abuse or damage. Any repair work due to these items can be quoted separately.  A service contract safeguards your attachment and ensures it is maintained as per the manufactures recommendation.

All B&B engineers are fully qualified, and B&B can demonstrate competency due to regular training to ensure they are suitably up to date with all elements of specialist forklift attachment engineering. The B&B service engineering team is unrivalled in its experience levels in this field in the UK.

B&B’s team work from fully equipped service vans which are based strategically throughout the UK.  Each B&B service van is a mobile workshop fully equipped with test equipment, hose making equipment and welding apparatus to carry out most repairs on-site. The B&B engineers are able to carry out a range of diagnostic checks on specific types of attachments to ensure that your equipment is kept at peak performance. All engineers have access to information databases which provide comprehensive technical advice on any of the attachments or masts in the B&B range.

Additionally, each van carries a substantial range of the most commonly required parts and spares. If the correct spare part is not already on board the service vans,  field engineers have instant access to B&B's Parts Department to check availability and cost - if necessary ordering the required part for  overnight delivery.

B&B also offers a complete refurbishment service - from minor repairs to total factory rebuilds of your existing fork lift truck attachments. If on-site repairs are impractical, B&B offer extensive production and workshop facilities and skilled engineers are available for all repairs and major refurbishment. Fabrication, product finishing, strip down, inspection, repair, steam-cleaning through to re-spraying and delivery back to your premises 'as new' are all part of the B&B offer.
